How to Book
Please complete the Pharmeducation Pharmacotherapy Update registration form and forward it with your payment to Amaco Travel. Your payment should include:
- Delegate Registration fee of $995 per Delegate
- Primary Person Travel Package of $3,495
- Accompanying Person Travel Package of $795 (if applicable)
You will receive confirmation of your booking within 5 working days of receipt. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Reservations can only be made on the Registration Form.
- Reservations will be accepted in the order that the Registration Forms are received by Amaco Travel.
- Reservations that do not include the Primary Person Accommodation Package will not be accepted unless prior approval has been granted by Amaco Travel.
Travel to and from Broome
Travel to and from Broome is not included in the package price. Amaco has experienced and knowledgeable travel consultants available to assist you in booking flights to Broome. Schedules differ depending on where you are travelling from however our consultants will gladly work with you to ensure that your travel preferences are met. In addition we are perfectly positioned to assist with planning and booking individual travel arrangements for those who would like to extend their travel either side of the conference program. Participants wishing to formally be recorded as a Delegate and participate in the actual Pharmeducation Pharmacotherapy Update sessions in Broome will be required to purchase a Delegate Registration for the conference. Conference sessions will only be open to registered delegates.
Primary Person Travel Package
The Primary Person Travel Package includes accommodation costs for the nights of 6, 7, 8, 9 ,10 and 11 August 2017. Breakfast is included in this package as is the Welcome Reception on 6 August, the BBQ Dinner on 9 August and the Farewell Dinner on 11 August. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included with these functions. Also included are transfers from the airport to the Cable Beach Club Resort, arrival and departure porterage,
Accompanying Person Travel Package
The Accompanying Person Travel Package has been specifically tailored to allow spouses or partners to attend the non-education aspects of the conference program. The Package includes the small additional cost in having a 2nd person in the rooms for the nights of 6, 7, 8, 9 ,10 and 11 August 2017. Breakfast is included in this package as is the Welcome Reception on 6 August, the BBQ Dinner on 9 August and the Farewell Dinner on 11 August. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included with these functions. Transfers from the airport to the Cable Beach Club Resort are also included as is arrival and departure porterage,
All costs are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
Full payment for the Pharmeducation Pharmacotherapy Update is required at the time of registering. Payments can be made by direct deposit, cheque or credit card with payment payable to Amaco. Our preferred payment method is direct deposit. Credit cards are accepted though Visa and MasterCard incur a 1.5% surcharge. American Express cards are also accepted, but incur a 3% surcharge.
It is strongly recommended that attendees hold a comprehensive travel insurance policy. We recommend this should is taken out at the time of booking. Like all forms of insurance there are a wide variety of options available from various companies. What is suitable for one could be quite inappropriate for another. Attendees should carefully consider these options and make the selection most relevant to their circumstances.
Travel insurance is available from Amaco or your insurance agent. Policy options will be sent to you with the confirmation of your booking.
If you have taken out your own travel insurance, please ensure it is valid for this particular journey. If in doubt, please check with your insurance provider.
Alteration of Itinerary & Dates
No change in the routing and/or itinerary is contemplated. However, Amaco and its agents reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the arrangements contained in the promoted itinerary.
Please note that travel documents will be dispatched approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Every effort will be made to get all conference related materials to participants departing early however this is not guaranteed.
Please keep a look out for the Amaco monthly e-newsletter and any ad hoc program updates which include useful information emailed to you prior to departure. Any updates to the conference will be reflected on this website.
